ANRD is delighted to announce its participation in a new project, BEYOND, a 24-month initiative funded by Erasmus+, aiming to strengthen vocational education and training in the Western Balkans through innovative work-based learning and volunteering experiences.

The project is led by our partner in France and implemented across several Western Balkan countries, fostering regional cooperation and cross-border partnerships. It promotes volunteering as a pathway for skills development and integration into the labor market.

Key objectives:

  • Engage 85 young people (50% from disadvantaged backgrounds) in VET activities
  • Train 80 participants in green, digital, and tourism skills
  • Strengthen partnerships with the private sector and regional actors
  • Promote cultural and digital learning through innovative tools
  • Improve skills matching with labour market needs

Through international mobility, practical experience, and digital tools, the project enhances youth employability, especially in culture, heritage, and tourism.
