Europe’s rural communities have spoken with one clear voice: we hold the keys to the solutions Europe needs.
On 23 October 2025, at the closing of the 6th European Rural Parliament (ERP) in Inverurie, over 400 delegates representing rural organisations from across Europe adopted the 2025 Inverurie Declaration — a clear vision for the future and a call for genuine partnership. The Declaration highlights that Europe’s sustainable development and democracy depend on strong, active rural communities and community-led initiatives.
The Albanian Network for Rural Development, in its role as national partner of the European Rural Parliament, together with representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, actively contributed to this event by participating in the drafting and adoption of the Declaration.
