This policy brief aims to shed light on the existing situation of participatory rural development, its main stakeholders, and their respective roles, capabilities, and positioning in relation to the implementation of the LEADER+ approach. It presents the findings, conclusions, and main recommendations from a series of activities organized by the Albanian Network for Rural Development (ANRD) with the involvement of public and non-public actors at the national and regional level in the period March-May 2016.
