Artur Pocesti is a Projects Officer at the Albanian Network for Rural Development (ANRD), where he supports the implementation and coordination of national and international projects. He contributes to project management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and organizational coordination, working closely with local institutions, civil society organizations, and international partners.
Prior to joining ANRD, Artur spent more than ten years at World Vision Albania, where he held various roles in community development, sponsorship management, and project coordination. He contributed to the implementation of donor-funded programmes and worked closely with communities, local authorities, and development partners to strengthen local capacities and improve programme delivery.
He also coordinated the implementation of a GIZ-funded project. In addition, he gained private sector experience as Deputy General Manager and Operations Manager at Infiniti Office, strengthening his expertise in project management, coordination, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
