“The Right to Stay in the Eyes of Rural Youth in Albania” is a policy brief based on a consultation with 100 young people, aged 18 to 40, from rural areas across Albania. It maps the key barriers young people face, from infrastructure and financing to inclusion in decision making, and sets out seven recommendations for a national policy response that keeps rural youth at the centre.
