Institute for Democracy and Mediation, in the frame of the ALTER project– Active Local Territories for the Economic Development of Rural Areas, financed by the European Commission and implemented by a consortium of rural Networks in the Western Balkan countries and Turkey, on 25-27 January 2018 organized a training on the institutional capacity building of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and CSO Networks on “Strategic Planning and Project Cycle Management”.
The training aimed at improving the managerial capacities and governing structures of CSOs and CSO Networks, and their abilities in regard to strategic planning on organization level, as well as on project cycle management, increasing their efficacy for funding diversification and improve their accountability toward their members and beneficiaries.
Participants of this training were representatives of Albanian Network for Rural Development member organizations, and other representatives of CSOs consisting in active organizations in rural development.
