Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe is an organization based in Bonn, Germany which offers emergency intervention and develop-ment programs in 23 countries around the world. In Albania, Help is implementing the regional project “Socio-economic empowerment of the Western Balkans” in order to promote employment and self-employment among marginalised groups with a focus on women and youth.
