14 to 17 September 2016: PREPARE Gathering and PREPARE AISBL General Meeting
This event – based at Voskopoje, in Korça county, Albania, is aimed at all PREPARE partners. It includes a multinational thematic exchange within the ALTER project. The programme, in brief, is:
- Tuesday, 13 September – Arrivals, direct or via airports at Tirana (Albania) or Ohrid (Macedonia)
- Wednesday, 14 September – Travelling Workshops (four optional one day field visits)
- Thursday, 15 September – Thematic exchange in plenary sessions and working groups
- Friday, 16 September morning – Completion of the thematic exchange + final plenary session
- Friday, 16 September afternoon and Saturday, 17 September morning – 2nd PREPARE AISBL General Meeting
- Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September – Optional tour of Prespa National Park.
Participation in this event is by invitation only. Places have been allocated to PREPARE partners on the following basis:
- 20 participants nominated by Albanian Network for Rural Development
- 4 from each of Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia (ALTER partners)
- 3 each from Croatia and Latvia (ALTER co-partners)
- 2 or 3 from each of the other PREPARE partners
For all except Albania, at least one member of a delegation of 3 or 4 should be from the government side.
