Lira Hakani holds the position of project manager of the regional project “Farm to Fork Academy for Green Western Balkans – Our shared European future”.
Lira is graduated at the Faculty of Natural Sciences in Tirana, Albania and hold a PhD in Molecular Biology. Since 2012 she is engaged in the civil society sector and has coordinated and managed numerous projects from diverse donors. Her passion for environment and sustainability has influences her to be focused on different themes related with rural development, energy and environmental protection. She has contributed in writing different publications and report which has skilled her in raising concerned issues for the Albanian’s communities.
Her focused on sustainable development, brings her to have a wider picture of the national investments toward rural development and environment protection, in line with the Western Balkan Green Deal.
