CALL FOR APPLICANTS: TRAINING OF TRAINERS

In the framework of the NAGE project – Networking and Advocacy for Green Economy  – with the aim to institutionally strengthen grassroots CSOs capacities in fulfilling their advocacy mission  in the rural and agricultural reform process, a series of Training of Trainers (ToTs) will be organized.

Upon completion of Module 1, the project will implement Module 2 “Specific Program Training which contains two training topics – Advocacy and Green Economy – during  the months of February 2019 – March 2019.

For each of the ToTs above, will be opened calls for Applicants to select one representative from ANRD member organizations.

The trained person after the ToT training will provide training on relevant topics for other rural CSO representatives in Albania, engaged in both ANRD member organizations and other non-member organizations, versus a financial remuneration envisaged in the project.

Transportation, accommodation and meal costs during training will be covered by the implementing organizations of NAGE project.

Albanian Network for Rural Development (ANRD) as the implementing organization of  NAGE project in Albania – Networking and Advocacy for Green Economy announces the call for applicants  in “Training of Trainers – Advocacy, Lobbying, Networking and Strengthening of Networks and their Constituents” that  will be held on 13^th – 14^th of February 2019, in Skopje, Macedonia.

Participation and selection:

This call addresses the member organizations of the Albanian Rural Development Network to encourage their representatives and staff (chairs and members of boards of organizations, senior managers or other persons with experience in the governance of civil society organizations) to apply for participation in the ToT Advocacy, Lobbying, Networking and Strengthening of Networks and their Constituents that will be organized on 13- 14 February 2019 in Skopje, Macedonia. Also, previous experience in providing training and good knowledge of English will be criterion in the selection process.

At the end of the process, a representative will be selected based on the following criteria:

1. Relevance of training topic with job position
2. Educational background and professional experience
3. Knowledge of English
4. Motivation and willingness to engage in training activities to share the know-how gained with other rural CSOs representatives.
