Albanian Network for Rural Development (ANRD), Agricultural University of Tirana (AUT), and Regional Development Agency no. 2 will jointly organize regional Workshops “Towards a new Rural agenda”, which are a follow up of the launch event of the 1st Albanian Rural Parliament, and will aim to inform the public and non-public actors about rural parliament as a bottom-up approach advocacy instrument, provide a discussion space for exchange of perspectives and experiences of various stakeholders on local level on the platform of rural development challenges that should be at the heart of the advocacy efforts and orient the stakeholders on the European development models and practices.
The workshops will bring together representatives of local authorities, Qark Councils, agriculture regional directories, and other public institutions, civil society organizations, farmers associations, and other rural development stakeholders.
