The rural parliament provides an important opportunity for policy makers, public and private institutions, civil society organizations, donors’ community, academia and others to review current progress on rural development and promote changes in policies and practices to ensure that the “Rural Agenda” will be developed and it will be inclusive to all people living in rural communities, as well as will enable their participation in the process.
Albanian Rural Parliament represents a critical instrument to offer know-how and bring awareness to institutions to address the problems that rural development in Albania faces.
