Farmers’ membership in organizations, such as associations or other forms, happens for a various set of reasons; but all of them aim what can be simply defined as activism to increase members’ organization success. Based on the situation and the difficulties of Albanian farmers, affected by the effects of the crisis, was implemented the project “Support to agribusiness development, networking for economic growth and strengthening of capacities for rural development” which aimed to mitigate the effects of the crisis of Albanian farmers in the districts of Shkodra, Elbasan and Korca, through technical support to expand their access to the public and private financial support mechanisms for the agricultural sector in Albania.
