Position Paper on Governance of Agriculture and Rural Development
The preparation of this position paper was triggered from concerns of farmers and rural entrepreneurs vis-à-vis the many challenges they face in ensuring complementary public support and assistance for their economic activities.
This position paper represents an effort to address some of the main challenges and provides recommendations to tackle the barriers that hinder the public support programs and instruments from being effective and produce tangible and sustainable results.
