Redi Asabella is a project coordinator at the Albanian Network for Rural Development (ANRD), where he leads initiatives focused on empowering youth in rural areas through vocational education and microgrants.
He has a rich background in intercultural mediation and has been involved in projects promoting youth participation in European elections across Italy, Malta, and Slovenia. He also contributes to the award-winning The Giufà Project which promotes social inclusion through theatre.
Redi holds degrees in French and Hispanic Linguistics from Sapienza University of Rome and Administration and Social Policy from the University of Tirana. Fluent in five languages, he is actively involved in social and environmental advocacy, serving on advisory boards such as the United Nations Youth Advisory Group in Albania.
